Selena, Nevada

The Selena royalty asset is located in White Pine County, Nevada. It is host to multiple polymetallic carbonate replacement deposit (“CRD”) and skarn targets.

EMX entered into an option to purchase agreement for the Selena project with Ridgeline Minerals Corporation (“Ridgeline”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carlin-Type Holding Ltd (“CTH”), a privately-held British Columbia corporation. The Agreement provides EMX with a 9.9% interest in CTH, and for each Project a 3.25% production royalty and advance royalty and milestone payments.

Drill intercepts reported from the Chinchilla oxide zone in early 2023 included 32.5 meters starting at 246.3 meters averaging 153.42 g/t Ag, 2.51% Pb, 1.60% Zn, and 0.1 g/t Au in hole SE 22-045 (true width estimated at 70-90% of reported interval length)1. Follow-up intercepts from a five hole, 2,000-meter program returned continuous intercepts of shallow-oxide, Ag-Pb-Zn-Au mineralization including:

  1. Hole SE23-048 with 0.9 meters averaging 720.3 g/t Ag, 12.0% Pb, 0.1% Zn, and 0.4 g/t Au within 10.9 meters averaging 94.1 g/t Ag, 1.3% Pb, 0.7% Zn, and 0.2 g/t Au starting at 85.3m vertical depth in the Upper Chinchilla Zone (true width estimated at 70-90% of the reported intercept length)2
  2. The first intercepts of Ag-Pb-Zn-Au mineralization from the Lower Chinchilla zone, which effectively doubled the vertical extent of stacked zones of mineralization3

EMX has not done sufficient work to verify the published drill results, but believes the data is relevant and reliable.
